i cant load any worlds. please help

Hello! It’s been a week that my game is keep crashing. 

i have no mods or cc contents. It was working fine until the next day i open- first Ea app is taking so much time to open and then my game keep taking forever on “loading screen” I can’t play any household and when i click any of the worlds its just blank. Absolutely nothing. 

i deleted the whole thing Ea app and sims 4 twice. And its not sorted yet. Please help me.
