I can't purchase a second small business venue

My sim has successfully run a small business (residential) all the way to local legend (finished the aspiration), and I had him buy another venue. He bought it, but there is no way to access the smal...

if you click on the edit menu of your business, can you pick it there and/or is it already assigned to your business

If it's not available, did you ever have a residential rental on that lot ?
