I can't transfer money to my get to work retail shop

I dont have the 'for rent' pack. She was in an apartment in the city though, i moved her to a house and still had the issue.

I also just tried without mods after repairing... still cant transfer

@HooteyHew Please try the following all in this order without skipping any steps, even if you did some of the steps before:
Close the game.
Move your entire Mods folder to your desktop (save it for reference) & delete the localthumbcache.package file in your 'The Sims 4' folder.
Don't reopen the game yet. Run a game repair and make sure the game is fully updated.
Then open your game and create a brand new save and see if the issue is still there. Then exit the game without saving. If the issue was gone without the Mods folder, and after all of these steps have been done, then it's likely the issue is with a Mod or CC.
