So my tattoo shop is at 4 almost 5 stars but i wanted to relocate to a new lot cause i wanted to expand the shop quite a bit but i realized would i have to start from scratch if i relocated :(( ??

This may seem like a rather pedantic approach, but have you considered building up and down on the lot you're on? You could add a basement, for one, then if you needed more space, add a second floor. Staircases can be used on the outside, so the clients/patrons wouldn't have to go through the main floor to access what's upstairs. Just a though, especially, if moving your lot causes you to lose those precious points.
