I Found the Answer to the Broken Update

I was searching frantically to figure out how to fix my game, but I found it, guys. Just delete the Config.txt in the game's files. It completely fixed my game. For some reason they have two different things to control your options in the files, Config.txt and Options. This creates a loop that breaks the game and keeps it from launching. Just delete Config.txt.
