I have have a problem with login into my ea account

Unfortunately, I have recently lost my old phone with my email address that is connected to my ea account and am unable to get it back nor can I get it back (I lost the password). I also didnt add my phone number to the ea account. I only have name and the password to the ea account but it also wants verification. Can someone help me change my email on my ea acccount. I am able to get into the ea account I just need help changing the email. Any help would be apriciated! :)
