alekssvedberg If you had a playmat or custom recipes, you'd know it. I'm moving you to Gameplay Issues. Please test loading that lot from your Library into a new save.

1, No
2, No
3, What is that
alekssvedberg If the townhouse still doesn't work without mods installed, please answer these questions:
- If you move the Sims out, does that fix it?
- If you save the house to your Library and then put it from the Library in a different lot, does that fix it?
- Did you have any custom playmat CC or custom recipe mods?

what can i do
alekssvedberg Also, yes your mods disappeared -- that's the point of the test. The files are still in the renamed Mods folder and can be put, when you've checked if they have updates or are known to be broken and have to be deleted, back in the new Mods folder. Use the How to Use Mods and CC instructions.
alekssvedberg Now you no that mods are the issue. Start at the pinned Broken and Updated Mods and CC thread if the problem only started with this patch.
Instructions on how to test your mods folder for mods/CC not listed there, and also not listed in Previously Broken mods and CC, are found in How to Use Mods and CC

i renamed it and it made my mods disappeared completely. but the house works and the townhouse does not. what can i do
alekssvedberg There's a good chance that some of that CC is broken. Please try this test:
- Rename the Mods folder (I find it helps me to keep organized if I also drag it to the desktop).
- Delete the file called localthumbcache.
- Test f you can now load that townhouse or save the build in its new state. You can use a "Save As" instead of "Save" for this test.
