I just logged in.

I really wanted to play The Sims 4, but I'm hampered by this bug. A dark blue screen appears, showing only the game's custom mouse cursor moving, but I can't see anything else.

Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
  • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
