@juucebok Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game.
After that play on a backup for a while to see if you get the error on a vanilla game (there will be a lastException.txt file in your documents folder if it does.
Upload that file (either as rar file or c/p the content)

- @crinrict I’ve done this and every other thing people say to solve it, when I remove the mods it’s still like this. It’s something in the sims 4 folder but it isn’t any of the folders. I don’t know what posture is or how to fix it.
- @juucebok Usually it's just some animation gone wrong in the game and nothing to worry about but if it's excessive it's good to look at it.
Did you get any new lastException files ?Sorry, here's the exception reason, I'm not sure how to attach the actual exception file it won't allow me.
