i think my saves are corrupted due to recent update

So since the recent update, i'm unable to access certain households in game. I do play with mods and cc but when I've taken them out of my game, i'm faced with the same issue of a continuous loading ...

@Harmonie16 I checked your save and also had loading issues with another family.
I haven't found any way to fix it. Not sure what's causing it to be corrupt

Do you have any kind of backup ?

    @crinrict unfortunately no, but i'm currently shifting saving and shifting my familes to another save and starting from scratch ☹️ thanks so much for your help though!! definitely making back ups of all my saves now!!

    @Harmonie16 Hopefully they work in a new save. I saw that a lot of them only have 1 or 2 base traits probably cause you were using custom traits ? I don't know if that can cause issue.

    For one Sim it told me I need to replace the aspiration when I took them to CAS.
