I'm unable to access any households, even without mods or CC

I'm unable to access any households since that last Aug 19th update, even without mods or CC. I'm getting to the point that I don't want to play Sims4 at all. They can't get it together with there up...

Problem solved, it was an outdated mod. Mine was the [PimpMySims4] LGBT Mod. Should it be another mod, remove them all and bring them back one by one. I know its time consuming, but its the only way.
