In EP13 Growing Together how do infants learn to crawl?

I bought Growing Together & I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get an infant to learn to crawl. I've played 3 infants from birth to toddler & none have learned how to crawl. The last in...

I haven't had this problem but boy I really feel bad for all of you. I have to guess it is a glitch. I do have some mods in my game like U.I. Cheats and didn't have this problem. I hope it gets fixed for you.
