Infinite Loading on Worlds w/ Residential Rentals

What is your current game version number? 1.105.332.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All (except for Batuu and some kits)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to travel/go to manage worlds on pre-existing save file that has a resident rental in the same world. Trying to "load game" rather than clicking "resume" on the same save will result in the same loading screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Infinite loading screens when attempting to open manage worlds or travel. I am able to switch freely between households in the same neighborhood. You are able to "resume" the game but unable to load the save file. This only occurs in one of my saves (4 gens in), that has a residential rental placed in the same world (not the same neighborhood as active household). Bug does not occur when For Rent is disabled, but this removes all the content from my long standing save ☹️ The bug did not occur when loading into a save where the active family lives in a rental.
What do you expect to see? To be able to travel/manage worlds when a residential rental is present in the same world
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Occurred w/ and w/o mods installed. (MCCC and UI cheats)
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? After downloading Crystal Creations. Did not occur after the patch, prior to the pack being installed.
Please describe the patch or change you made: I was able to fix my save by disabling For Rent, to change the lot type on the manage worlds map. Removing mods, clearing cache, and the "Nuke" fix did not remedy the problem. Disabling crystal creations also did not remedy the problem.
