Infinite loading screen after Life and Death

I have majority of stuff packs except: Luxury party, tiny living, cool kitchen, perfect patio I have several of the kits except: Little campers, modern menswear, fashion street, throwback fashion, bust the dust courtyard oasis, pastel pop, bathroom clutter, greenhouse haven, grunge revival, poolside spalsh, goth galore, urban homageSteps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens when I go to reload an old save, the game takes me to manage worlds no problem but it happens moment I click on a household or a lot. I should not it has not happened when creating or continuing new saves. What happens when the bug occurs? I get an infinite loading screen every time that I try load either of those options. Additionally, I hear the music play as if my household has loaded in but the loading screen continues. What do you expect to see? I expect to see my household where I left them. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? YesDid this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? YesPlease describe the patch or change you made. After I installed Life and Death Expansion. ‌These are the screenshots I've taken. Also I have deleted mods, updated them, and even made a new sims 4 file. No luck.&nbsp;

My apologies, no it doesn't happen with new save just the old ones. It a rather unique infinite loading screen, I'll test out the link. I've removed my mods while trying to figure it out but no luck. I'll try again.

And I don't know if happens with old saves, I'll have to see. The one I'm trying to load is my legacy family.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have just downloaded life and death and am experiencing the same thing.

@GrungyGoth You say that it happens on an old save but that you also tried a new one and still get the issue ?

Was the new one completely new with nothing brought over (no Sims, no houses) ?

Does it happen on all your old saves ?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
