Infinite Loading Screen

After the latest update my game has gotten stuck on the loading screen whenever I exit build mode. I do not have any mods or custom content and never have. I watched my the game loading screen for twenty minutes before attempting to just close the game. The game would not close and I had to force restart my laptop.
