Hi EA & fellow simmers 💚
I built a house on raised terrrain and I successfully made an infinity pool in the backyard on the same leveled, raised terrain. I deleted it to reconfigure the backyard but now anytime I make a new pool with staircase my sim is saying they cannot get it. The terrain is level with the house, completely leveled in the back, staircase intact, I cannot figure out for the life of my what is stopping them from going in. Please help!
Please see attached. I did notice when I put down a pool first and then try to put down flooring it doesn't fill the row surrounding the pool (second photo) SheriGR
maddystapes Can you post screenshots of the issue and also preferably one with the sim showing their thought bubble about not being able to enter the pool?
If there is a staircase leading to the pool, is there an at least one tile area at one or two sides of the pool that the staircase empties onto and that they can then enter the pool from? (Use a stone or other floor tile to create the area to walk on.)
