Extreme Sports Enthusiast Aspiration

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone else is having issues with this aspiration.  My sim cannot complete the final three tasks, well definitely the last two.  They have maxed out their skiing and snowboarding skills, but the green tick won't appear and the golden ribbon hasn't crossed them off.  Anyone else come across the same issue?  I have repaired my game several times but to no avail and I don't use any mods.
