Insufficient funds when moving

Hi Guys, i play Sims 4 on xbox one. I do the money cheat. I have download a couple lots from the gallery and when i go to move my Sims in, i am unable to as it says “insufficient funds” yet my sims ...

Some lots cost way more than that. You can see in the description what it cost.
