Household Bar

So I created a household with 7 sims in it. But then when I play the game, I only see 6 on the household bar. But I can still see my 7th sim interacting with everyone and doing stuffs. But then when I went to manage world then came back, he just straight up disappeared. Even when I add an 8th member. I get all 7 except that one specific sim. Poor Hobi T-T.

Someone help cause poor guy is being deleted by the game T-T
