"invalid rounded piece intersection" error - hole in the balcony

In San Mishuno one of the buildings (Zen View) with two apartments have a hole in a balcony. Even when I am clicking on the margin, and choosing the option "build floor" there is still a hole. When I am trying to manipulate walls around it I've got "invalid rounded piece intersection".
