There's a known issue for Intel Iris and Intel UHD cards which is why a asked for DxDiag earlier: Certain Items look broken/invisible (Intel Iris XE, DX9) | EA Forums - 4971040
Please use the bug report if you have either of these chips. Switching to DX11 should solve the issue.
