Is it possible to get a not-interested SIM to be romantic without a cheat??

I don't think you can change a Sim's romance preferences unless the Sim is exploring romantically. It's certainly possible to start a romantic relationship, using spells, romantic introductions, etc. but they still won't be interested in actually having a romance. In short, I believe the answer is no, the infatuation spell will never be enough.

Sims unavailable for travel
