"List on plopsy" timing out

Installed Business and Hobbies today and now Plopsy does not work whatsoever. I removed the few mods I have (none that interact with Plopsy), repaired the game, deleted the cache, restarted my pc, and tried replacing the mailbox. The item does not list water damage to indicate the water damage bug (It's a bear sculpture) but neither of my Sims could list the item, even with command resetting them as well. Is this an issue with Business and Hobbies that I just haven't found due to the water damage issue and is there anything I can do to resolve this short of reinstalling the game?
