Is the doctor career supposed to be so annoying?

I'm trying it now, and it just feels like it was designed to be frustrating instead of fun. My sim is up to level 6, with a maxed out logic skill, but I swear these tests fail more times than they su...

I love it too, is one of my favourite careers although I would wish that you could command the nurse in a vanilla game. (Clean, repair or check patient in)

In a vanilla game a nurse can and will clean and repair, just sometime there are lazy. If you have *bust the dust* you can ask the nurse to help cleaning, which works wonderful.

Never had an issue with a baby, specially if you use NS and allow other sims get pregnant.

I agree GTW should have a refresh, especially alien should get some love and career should get a little tweaking. I never played with own shop so I don’t know how good this work, but I read it oftens that player wish that they can live in business. // personally, I think we don’t get any more refresh. I think SpaDay was a test to show if it sells it better and I think it failed. (I hope I am wrong, but EA is a business and only money talks there)

    I personally don’t have such an interest in dual purpose building. I don’t trust the AI to work with these things. I think a smooth gameplay is always better as *somehow-it-work*. I normally remove such things each time if I use a gallery build (restaurant builds come often with this setup Restaurant + Apartment)

    I don’t use oftens gallery builds, because most the builds are not my liking (overuse moveobjects, T.O.O.L, costume painting which are not marked as CC but clearly are CC). I would not be surprised that many get performance problem from this builds, specially console user. I rather take it at is inspiration to build something which is more suitable for my gameplay.

    Your build seems great but nothing which I would use in my game. My builds are always with the mindset... how dump is the AI and which items could cause problems/obsessions? This helps a lot for a smooth gameplay (+ a good gaming pc)

      @daikoyu Yes you're right about smooth gameplay. It runs more smoothly actually when I've switched to a different Sim and returned to the retail lot to shop, rather than playing it as a shop. It's so bugged it's impossible. In fact I wish I'd just got a gaming PC instead of next gen console!

        @valohim666 No, the police career is not different and the task always the same, I still love it. I normally ignore half of the task and my police officer goal is rather fight/seduce his co-worker. Sometimes he goes on patrol and fight new people. He has a long way to reach level 10 because he is very lazy and corrupt.

        @simsplayer818Self the best gaming pc will not help if the game is full of bugs. Sure, PC player can use bugfix mods but should a modder fix the game? I don’t think so, I think modder should create wonderful things and not fix game bugs. A gaming pc is much pricier as a console so I can understand why player go for console + console player doesn’t need to care if a game runs, if you can buy it then it will run on console (I read Sims4 should work better on PS5, but you still have annoying vanilla bugs)
