Is this a bug or a feature

I've been playing the Sims games since the very first. So I'm not a stranger to the game or its features.
I have The Sims 4 and a lot of the Expansions and add-ons, one of which is "For Rent".

After I'd bought the Expansion "For Rent" I wasn't able to play for a good long time after.. however.. I recently bought a bunch of Expansions as now I have time to play and build and have some fun.

Now, since I'm considered a returning player, I don't know "everything" about what has been added, what's been taken away, and what has remained persistent. So.. like anyone else.. I ask. However.. with the new age of "mostly helpful" AI, I asked Gemini to help me with information from time to time.. a lot.

While a good portion of the information and websites it points me to, there is one issue that I have run into that I can't figure out, and Gemini AI seems to be.. a little.. lets say misinformed.

Supposedly there is a feature within "For Rent" That allows the player to hire a "Property Manager". Gemini AI is adamant about this, while I can't seem to locate the information.
I've given screenshots to the AI to help guide me along trying to find this feature and as a result, I can't find where this property manager button or Tab might be.

Supposedly, the player is able to hire a property manager and have them deal with issues that arise and is notified by the property manager.
I on the other hand think that Gemini AI is misinterpreting what it thinks it knows. Usually its good about admitting when its wrong and I have provided info to the contrary. Good AI is like that.. unlike humans.. AI will admit when they are wrong or have incorrect or outdated information or just a general misunderstanding of something.

So here I am asking the Forum if there is indeed a feature that allows the player to hire a property manager to deal with issues that arise pertaining to the rental property like Plumbing issues, electrical issues, garbage issues.. you name the issue, its supposed to deal with it for you. And yes I know that you can call a contractor to deal with those issues.. either a Cheap contractor or an Expensive Contractor.. usually the expensive one works way better than the cheap one.

I on the other hand don't think this would be a feature. This would take away from the player doing something pertaining to the property. On the other hand, having to clean up after a toilet explodes takes a while, but there are "tasks" that lead to cleaning up 5 or 6 puddles because of the plumbing issue.. but you can call the contractor, after you leave the property, and they take care of it. There is a small bug that gives you the tasks, but one of them is clean up the garbage but there isn't any garbage to clean up.. so there's that.

When looking up the information I get..
"...As of July 2024, the property manager feature is still available in The Sims 4 For Rent expansion pack. The feature allows property owner Sims to act as property managers, live among their tenants, or live in a separate residence while earning income from their properties...."

Nothing that points to the ability of hiring a property manager.
So with all of this..

Is there a feature that allows a player to hire a property manager? I mean if there is.. I can not find it. If there isn't, I'll just take it as the Gemini AI is chasing its tail by saying there is a bug preventing me from seeing the button for property manager.. then again.. this feature could have been removed and it doesn't realize or know it.

Can anyone give some feedback?

I'm also a returning player to the game and yes, I'm finding changes that for the most part I consider improvements.  To your question, I don't believe there is a property manager.  Problems have to be handled by the property owner, or by hiring one of the contractors you mention.  I would go with the expensive one to be sure the work is done properly.  Here is a link to a guide on Sims Community that you can read through.  Towards the bottom of the page you see the only option they indicate to remain a hand's off owner are the contractors: How to Become a Successful Sims 4 Property Owner in For Rent

Additionally, I think you should be aware there have been a lot of problems with this pack, some of which has corrupted people's saves.  Here is a link to an article explaining that: Residental Rentals Are Causing Sims 4 Save Game Corruption     I own the pack, but my personal decision is to not play it for the time being.  Visiting the world is fine, but I've opted to avoid residential rental lots until there's progress on fixing whatever is causing game corruption.

Thank you for getting back to me, but that wasn't what I was asking. I was asking if there was indeed a feature that either I overlooked or am being misinformed about.
As I'm unsure if it would be a bug preventing me from seeing a certain button or removing a feature, I posted it here.

At this point, since I've never seen it and I can't seem to find any documentation about how to hire an NPC to be a property manager, I'm going to go with the feature never existed.

But thank you for replying :)
