Issue with Downloading the English version of The sims 4

I have an issue with getting the English version of The sims 4. I am currently in Poland and the polish Origin store only has the The sims 4 in Polish, Russian and Czech. All the expantion packs has English. I was wondering if a friend in the UK can buy the Sims 4 on origins as a gift for me and send it, when I download it, will it be the English version? Also if I change my Origin store to the UK and buy it from there, will it download the English one, or will it connect to the Polish server and download the Polish, Russian, Czech version?

    @Jo97Lo As far as I know, gifting to another country is still not possible through Origin.

    The only option is to get the disc version from a retailer in another country (but I'm actually not 100% if that still works)

    @crinrict Thank you for the reply. I did mannage to get in touch with the EA support team and they also gave me the solution of buying from a retailer, or ask a friend that is in the UK to log into my origin account and buy the game for me.

    @Jo97Lo The UK is english only. There might be other countries that are better if you go for retail. Countries such as Germany have all languages.
