Issues with Businesses and Hobbies after death!

Been playing with this pack since release and it is now causing me problems. OG Sim died, they owned a business at OG house. Since then I have been unable to do anything to close the business, I have moved ghost sim to another household and I get a pop-up, attached.  It's all gibberish and doesn't let me do anything with it. Also, family owned vets says not owned by other family member. I put for sale,  they buy it, still says they don't own business. 

I've uninstalled, reinstalled all packs etc, load game and it's still an issue.  Help please!
