Issues with the Life and Death game, and my Sims are missing from my gallery

I would like to formally request that Electronic Arts restore my saved Sims to the gallery. Additionally, I am experiencing an issue where the "Life and Death" game feature is not appearing during gameplay. I have uninstalled and repaired the game, but the issue persists, and the feature is still not showing up in my game.

The sort order was change to most popular. Do you have your stuff if you change to newest ?

Do you have none of the gameplay/objects/world of Life and Death or only parts ? Did you check in Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection if it's activated ?
