Issues with wedding event

Anyone else having issues with wedding events, my groom didn't turn up, even with inviting to current lot, tried to end wedding event and won't cancel. Holding wedding event in the park at San myshuno. Then held wedding event at home lot (chestnut ridge) they got married but none of the wedding event checklist is getting marked off as done and no options to move sim over to household after marriage. I have no mods or cc, play vanilla.
