It still needs to be an admin account. By local I mean that you don't need to make another MS Account.
You would need to contact support for anything account related.
My current account is an administrator account. You're saying I'll need to contact EA directly for the popup issue?

Hi Renasai1
I don't know why that pop-up is popping up all the time but if you think it's something on your account, then only EA can help you.
I'm not sure if it's something on your account or not, it could be something in the game files but since it's not the user file, I wonder if it's something in appData. If that's the case, another windows user would take care of that so hence the suggestion. I really don't know where else this would be saved.
The easiest way to find out if it's an account issue is if you have access to another computer you could install the game on and test.
You should be able to open your game from another local admin account. What error are you getting ?

I've figured out how to set up it up properly this time. I made it a local admin account. I signed into the EA app and launched the Sims. The popup still happened in game, even with a fresh documents folder. I also took another screenshot and uploaded it on the post again, so hopefully it loads this time.

Can this be moved to bug reports? I've gone to EA and their troubleshooting did not help when I told them I already did it. Then they disconnected me from the chat.
