Guess it looks similar in my game with your Sim but I can't make it happen on a new Sim. First pic yours, second mine-
re-uploaded both of them to my gallery. Can you check how my Sim looks for you ? I left yours in.

So apparently all the characters I create have the same problem?
Maybe it's just worse on lower res then. I'll move this back to bugs but before I do, do you have the issue only on the legs ? Could you maybe update the title to reflect that the jagged edges are on the Sims legs to make it more clear ?
