KITs in Poland are to expensive (25PLN = 6,65USD)!

Hello, Can someone explain why KITs are so expensive in Poland? It is unfair, because 25% higrer than in US! What is more, stuff packs cost 42PLN. It means that the price of one KIT is higher than half of Stuff Pack.
