Ladder bug?

Okay, I put it in my game and yeah, as I suspected, it's the use of the half wall around the edge of the platform that's blocking the sim from using the ladder. Once I deleted that section of half wall, my testing sim could use the ladder without a problem. I don't know whether EA considers that a bug or if they would say it's working as intended. Since the ladder can be placed there without the use of moveobjects, I would argue that it is indeed a bug.

Unfortunately, that means if you want the ladder to work, you're going to have a funny bit of wall there. I looked through the platform trims to see if any of them are a decent match for the wall texture you're using, and while there are some brick options, none of them are the same colour. So unless you want to repaint the whole building, the "Ton of Bricks" platform is probably your best option, as it looks kind of okay in certain lights as long as you don't look too close? I tested, and even though the top of the trim clips with the ladder, it doesn't stop a sim from using it.
