Ladders disappear when placed under round roof shape

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Deutsch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except Bowling Acc., Knitting Acc. and Eco Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to Build Mode (no matter if directly or from Live Mode) - 2. Build a tower (with at least 2 storeys) with the shape I'm showing in my pictures - 3. Put the completely round roof on top of the tower (so that it fits perfectly). - 4. Place a ladder from a lower storey to the next higher one. - 5. Pull up the foundation very high (like seen in my pictures).
What happens when the bug occurs? After following the steps, the ladder will disappear. If you try to replace it, the game will give you an error message saying something like the ladder "can't overlap the roof" (German text: "Kann kein Dach überschneiden"). This works also the other way round, like: pulling up the foundation first and placing the ladder last.
What do you expect to see? I expect the ladder to stay where I placed it (or the game to allow me to place it).
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This error seems to occur only with the completely round roof shape. (For example, you can't reproduce it with the octagonal roof shape).

I tested this without mods and CC. I repaired my game. I deleted the cache files. I even started a fresh save game.

I tried to replicate this and could not.  My ladders placed just fine in a tower in the same configuration as yours with 2 tile wide walls on 4 sides and 1 tile wide walls on the others.  It worked for 1 tile wide walls on all sides and 2 tile wide walls on all sides as well.  I also tried with deleting the floor on the lower level and using a 2 story ladder and by leaving all the floors in and using 1 story ladders.

The only way I could not get it to work is when I tried to stack 2 ladders on top of each other.  You have to offset the ladders in that case as you cannot stack them on top of each other.

    Hope this helps.
