Landry family scenario, game won’t clear “Heal Negative Sentiments”

I’m currently playing the Landry family scenario and the family has all befriended each other, along with sentiments towards each other all being positive. The heal negative sentiments won’t clear still though and I have no idea what to do, someone help please!
