Laundry machine not working.

For the life of me I cannot get the washing machine to work. I’ve tried the ones that sit on each other and the ones that don’t but the only option that comes up on it is to upgrade it. When I try to click a basket that needs cleaned they do the wave that they can’t do the task. Usually when this happens I have to sell the washer and get a new one but it won’t work this time.
