The only way I know to get an urn or tombstone for a ghost is to resurrect them and let them die a second time. There are urns and tombstones in debug that you could place if all you want is the object for display but those will not be connected to a specific sim.

@CGrant56 - That's what I ended up doing, but it lead to another bug. Had her killed by Murder of Crows. I tried to change the death type in CAS after but the crow death wouldn't stay removed, even with cheats, and she wound up with 2 simultaneous death type. I ultimately ended up just deleting her.
