L&D family tree culling issue [help pls]

Hi there, this culling recently occurred after L&D pack play. See attached screenshots. I tried searching  in the forum about "culling + family tree" but none was a similar issue. No mod/CC installed FYI.

So I understand that culling only occur when sims count exceeds 80 but my game is only 7/80!!! And this culling (now in 2025) is associated with L&D. When one sim passed away and the older dead in the family got culled from the family tree - completely gone, which results in his/her lineage also being erased!

Previous culling in my other saved game (back in 2024) was 1. exceeded sim count 80 / 2. family tree left with grey box without face but other connections are still there.
