Light & Dark Issues

First of all, sims who are afraid of the dark have the fear buff all night, regardless of the light status in the house.

(They also have the fear run when it's ridiculously out of place!)

Even worse, they have NO FEAR when the power is out and they are in a windowless room!!

My second issue category is a longtime one and I'm sicker than ever of it: sleeping sims won't react when the light goes on!!! Sims also choose to not only walk right in to a room where another sim is sleeping, but they'll even start watching the TV or whatever other activity they can do!! (With NO reaction, of course!)

Anything else to add?

I need these issues fixed. *sigh*
