Lighting Not Spreading in Open Spaces?!

Hello! 

I recently came across a bug where lighting wouldn't spread out like it usually would, specifically in and open concept spaces. Enclosed rooms are perfectly fine. 

EDIT: I managed to fix it. The "Spot-tangle Light" from Lovestruck was the culprit. So, I recommend not having it in any of your builds atm.
