Loading Lot From Gallery Keeps on Loading Screen

Before 'Life & Death', I've never ran into this problem but as of lately, whenever I download a lot from the gallery (even if I tried to download it from 'my library), the game is stuck on the Loading Lot screen until I'm forced to force close the game.

I've tried it with two different builds and I understood the first one since it was a hotel and it has better assets but when I tried a small house lab build, I ran into the same issue. Any help?
