Loading screen stuck in Sims 4
After the current September 19 update my sims stays on the loading screen and it is not functioning even without mods. Also the new kits are not showing up on steam

How do I do that? Sorry I've never done anything like this before so it's all new to me

I was able to fix it by changing the game to dx11
