Have you checked your settings for neighborhood Stories?

What does that have to do with random babies my sims didn't birth and I didn't name? I am checking it but don't see the relevance unless I am missing something. Aging is off when not playing.

If you have 'Have a Baby' enabled in neighbourhood stories, this can happen.

    If you never disabled anything concerning neighbourhood stories, NPCs can get babies on their own:
    Become pregnant with their Significant Other, and eventually deliver, if they are in a relationship where either Sim can become pregnant.
