Losing 25 simolians

I'm having a similar problem with one of my Sims. It just started a month ago and I can't figure it out . Even if they are just sitting reading a book or doing nothing. I keep seeing $20 (or $25 simoleons being deducted from their money balance at bottom of screen.

I figured out that this happens to me every time I use an electronic device. I have NAPS turned off, it isn’t active in my world and it still happens. Has anyone found a solution?

Your household (or Sim) have a stuck NAP (Back to the Old Days)

Try this:

1. go in your household
2. pause the game
3. open the cheat console(PC: CTRL+ Shift+ C Mac: CMD + Shift + C Console: press all four shoulder buttons) and write testingcheats true
4. shift + left mouseclick mailbox
5. Instant Enact Neighborhood Action Plan -> Back to the Old Days
6. unpause the game short
7. pause the game
8. shift + left mouseclick mailbox
9. Instant Repeal Neighborhood Action Plan -> Back to the Old Days
10. use a electronic device and check for the -25 simolians
11. open the cheat console and write testingcheats false and close the cheat console

Fixed? Then save this version and replace the household with this (If you are console player and don’t want disabled achievements)
