After updating The Sims 4, all my save files and progress are gone.
Everything just disappeared.Has anyone else experienced this? Any way to recover the savesThanks!

do you have a "wwwwwwww" error in the loading screen? if so, so am i.
tried repairing and uninstalling and installing and didnt work. dont know what else to do :(
