Once again the whims aren't working. For example: My SIM has to make 1000 simoleons. Okay, no problem. But first he has to go to work. Off he goes. He comes home, goes to the easel, does a painting, and sells it. Only the 0/1000 doesn't change. He has to get a promotion. Okay, no problem. He's due anyway. He goes to work, gets a promotion, and guess what? That whim is never satisfied.
They fix it, then it breaks again.
