Loyal Trait Issue

My sim got this moodlet which I assume is tied to the loyal sim trait. However, my sim is not nor has she ever had this trait. So I am not sure if this is a bug or what's going on. I do not play with any mods and none of the sims I have are downloaded from the gallery. I created all of them myself for this specific save.

there's a bug thread for another loyal Sim moodlet. I'm currently checking with a CM if EA wants it merged or treated as separate bug. I'll merge/move when I get some info.
