I have tried everything the help forums on EA's normal website suggest I do and none seem to be working to reconnect me. I have even restarted my computer a few times and still nothing.
Also this is probably unrelated but my human sims will not sleep.
On the screen it has the box to claim some rewards, yet when I click on it it says "Online connection is required. Please go online to save event progress and receive rewards". My Mac is connected to the internet, and my EA account is signed in. I never had the problem when claiming previous rewards last week. I don't know what Im supposed to be doing with this?

Is the Online Social Features Access setting enabled under Settings - Game Options - Other?
Unfortunately those are on and it's still not allowing me to claim. 🤔
