I have no issues adding them to a residential lot.
Did you just disable your mods in the game or did you physically remove the folder and deleted your cache files ?
Oh... I was wondering why the screenshot did not show up on my post.
So my issue is I cannot apply it to a Residential Rental. It says "Only available for: Residential".
I have just disabled my mods, I did not physically remove them. I have tried removing my cache files/folders, but issue still persist. 😥
Since it says it's for residential only, I don't think you can apply it to r-rentals. I think if you're playing R-rentals you have them anyways in some form ?
Ok so just to clarify, that lot trait challenge is NOT applicable to Residential Rental lots by design? I guess, I am confused because I've been searching online and most of the guides/FYI's say it can be applied to Residential Rentals AND Residential lots. Or am I misinterpreting what I'm reading? I'm sorry, I'm just so confused.
I've checked my game and and it's also not available for me and sources on the internet all have the same tool tip
I avoid residential rentals myself so frankly not sure. I thought maintenance was just part of r-rental life anyways. Maybe just try if you get any ? Be aware that they don't work properly atm though
