@QueenAngelia, while there used to be a cheat that would speed up pregnancies, it, and many of the other pregnancy cheats were never supposed to be available in the game for players to use, so they took them out. I believe they could cause problems in your game, so this is probably for the best! 😉
If you still want to try it you can. I would just save your game as soon as you find out your Sim is pregnant, or at least right before you do any cheats.
Bring up the Cheat Box (If you are on a PC you would press the Ctrl + Shift + C buttons at the same time)
Then in the cheat box type Sims.Add_Buff Buff_Pregnancy_Inlaborand press the Enter button.
There are probably Mods that would allow this, but I would be careful with Mods and Custom Content (CC) if you are not familiar with them. You have to do maintenance on them as they can become outdated and broken, especially after EA releases a game update patch. If you just have the one Mod and not others or no CC then that is easy to keep track of. However if you have a lot of CC items and Mods, upkeep on them is more complicated. 😞 If outdated Mods/CC are causing problems in your game, you will need to test for them in order to see if they are the source of your problems, and then you will have to sift through all of your Mods and CC to find the culprit, and then got to the creator of that Mod or CC item and replace it with a version that is compatible to the latest EA update to the game! 🤨 I am too lazy to keep doing all of this, so I don't play with Mods or CC anymore (and I haven't since The Sims 3! 😃
Please feel free to update us! 😇
Edit to add: @EuphorialQueen we posted at almost the same time! 😃🥳
